The first idea is to check if there is a carrier update after updating your iPhone. I know iOS 18.5 introduced support for carrier satellite services so you may need to update that.
Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If that doesn't do it, you'll want to contact your carrier for support. They manage all your calls.
