Your iPhone does not have any malware, so there is no need to clean it. The only thing you need to do to keep your iPhone private and secure is to keep iOS up to date; currently 18.5, and to have a strong password on your Apple ID and never share it with anyone (even a family member) and 2 factor authentication on your account.

If you are still concerned go to Settings/Privacy & Security/Safety Check

You can also enable Stolen Device Protection, but be aware that once enabled the only way to disable it is with Face ID while you are in a “frequent location”.

Don't jailbreak it. Use a strong passcode, strong password and 2 factor authentication for your Apple account.

There is unlikely to be malware on your phone. Apple has extensive in house security teams that make software and hardware modifications to prevent such malware and exploits. Sometimes exploits that allow remote code execution and other things manage to slip through the cracks, but they are usually caught and fixed pretty quickly within the next software update. Just to be safe, update your iOS to the latest version.

Unless you've been sideloading .ipa files, or have jailbroken your iPhone 15 Pro, the chance you have malware on your iPhone is extremely low - iPhones are some of the securest devices out there imo.

There is no malware that can infect an iphone.
