How do I fix greenish-yellow screen glitch on Apple Watch Ultra?

Hello, I have an Ultra purchased in 2022. Just recently, I have experienced issues with the display. It will be blank or unresponsive for about 30 minutes and then have this greenish -yellow color take up the sides of the display, flash the entire screen this color and then will work perfectly fine for days before repeating this behavior. Any ideas what could be going on? It seems to remedy itself after receiving a full charge but not sure if that’s just a coincidence or what.
