I'm trying to restore iPhone 8+ on 16 IOS via iTunes, after clicking "update and restore" at first everything seems to be going well, the update is loaded, but after a while the smartphone turns on by itself, and an error appears on the computer screen. If you are using a VPN, disable or completely remove it.
Many Apple services are currently unavailable in Russia.
