How do I remove the “listening” recording icon from my iPhone screen?

I have phone recording toggled off but the little icon remains on my screen “listening.”

Screen Recording icon missing from Control Center on iPhone 13 my iPhone 13 is not showing the screen recording icon , then I went to check the control center , there is no app showing there to start with . The access with app is turned on , I force restarted my phone and check again still not showing, I as well reset the control center it’s still the same . How do I stop my iPhone from randomly recording audio? My phone will randomly have a drop down thing and it says “listening” and shows that it’s recording audio.
