I have purchased an iPhone 16Pro in the US. It transferred the eSIM from my Aussie iPhone with no roblem. How do I add another eSIM from New Zealand or is that TeleCo dependent?

If the iPhone is unlocked, you may be able to go to into Settings ➜ Cellular / Mobile ➜ Add eSIM and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, you can do so form the service provider's App, or they should be able to do it in a store or customer service center.
