How do I remove Bluebook exam restrictions still active on my MacBook Pro?
I attended an exam via my personal MacBook a few weeks ago, which had not had any restrictions before. I used an app downloaded via App Store called "Bluebook Exams." The app restricts pretty much everything during the exam, but after the exam was finished, I realized some of the restrictions were still on. I've contacted with the app customer support first. They said that because it's my personal computer, they can't help me and I should contact Apple Customer Support. When I contacted with the Apple Customer Support, they couldn't help me because, which they really tried, and told me to try to. contact the app developers. I. don't know what to do now, please help.
My MacBook Pro is up to date (Sequoia 15.5). I can't view any profiles assigned from System Settings > General > Device Management > "No profiles installed." I've tried uninstalling the app but it did not work. I restarted and turned off my Mac multiple times.
Example Errors:
-Siri: You do not have permission to use Siri. For more information, contact the person who set up your account.
-Handoff: [can't turn it on] This setting has been configured by a profile.
