Why is the touch and hold locked screen not working on iPhone 14 Pro?

If you are referring to the "touch and hold" action on the Lock Screen which allows you to Edit your wallpapers, that requires your iPhone be unlocked.

I’m not sure what you mean by “touch and hold locked screen”. Do you mean to edit the lock screen wallpaper?
