All audio randomly stops after about 30 seconds after 18.5 update on iPhone SE

Regardless of format, tried Youtube, playing audio out of browser, Pandora, etc, all audio now randomly stops playing after about 30-60 seconds after I updated my iPhone SE (2022) to 18.5, and when the phone screen goes dark (locks). This happens with Apple Airpods and also just playing out of the phone's speaker. It happens every time the phone locks without fail.

I also had a call today where the call dropped constantly. I tried restarting the phone and it still happens.

Please help.
