can a series 3 apple watch charger, charge the airpods pro 2

I have a series 3 apple watch and for my bday i wanted to buy an airpods pro 2 gen 2 . I heard that you could charge the airpods with an apple watch charger wirelessly. So i wanted to know before buying the airpods pro 2, if they also work with a series 3 apple watch charger.
