Whenever I search about this issue online, the most common results states that my iPad should support this option but I don’t see it for whatever reason.

To further clarify comments offered by fellow contributors, the Display Zoom setting is only available on the larger screen (11" or greater) models of iPad Air and iPad Pro.
jung294, your base model iPad (not Air or Pro) may not have display zoom.
sberman, Apple markets the current base model iPad (successor to the 10th generation) as "iPad (A16)" like it started using the M2, M3, M4 processor designations to differentiate Air and Pro models.

Does the iPad a16 have a display zoom setting in the Display & Brightness settings?
