Unable to load or view my older photos and videos on iPhone 15 Photos app

I’m experiencing an issue with my Photos app. I’m unable to load or view many of my older photos and videos. When I try to open them from my camera roll, they appear blurry, and there is an exclamation mark on the screen with a message saying the photo cannot be loaded.

Additionally, these photos and videos do not seem to be available in my iCloud either. I’ve checked my iCloud settings and storage, but I’m still unable to access this older media.

If your phone’s local storage is full, it may prevent photos from being saved or downloaded properly. An easy way to solve this is to go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see how much more storage you have left.

Another option is to open any blurry photo, tap the exclamation mark, and see if there’s an option to download it. Sometimes your photos don't load properly and most likely need a manual refresh.
