How to remove DLC after refund in Toca Boca?

Hello Apple Support,

I recently requested and received a refund for a DLC purchased in a Toca Boca game. However, the DLC is still accessible in the game on my device. Does anybody know how to get it removed? Its making my gaming harder and sometimes it laggs

Please advise me on how to proceed.
