Why am I getting "Cannot connect to iTunes store" error while trying to access App Store?

Everytime i try to access the app store or use an app from imazing, i keep getting an error message saying it cant connect to itunes store. It was fine before, but now its not working. Any possible solutions?

Please follow the steps below to contact iTunes Support. They can help.


To contact iTunes Support, do this: 

1. Click on this link --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support  

2. Select your country

3. Select: Billing & Subscriptions

4. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases

5. Select: Update payment method

6. Select a chat session or a phone call.
