How do I unlock iPad using iPhone and Apple ID without losing data?
I need help to unlock my iPad. Can i use my iphone snd apple ID to recover it?

No … without a passcode, the on-device data will remain permanently inaccessible.
BUT … assuming that your iPad has been backing-up to iCloud (which is the default setting of iPadOS) your device’s data can be easily restored.
After resetting the iPad, you’ll restore your backed-up data from iCloud back onto the device.
Your device’s onboard data WILL be erased as part of this reset process, but w/o the passcode you’re NOT going to be able to access that data anyway.
