I am still having issue with this issue, cannot delete it from the trash Etrecheck check to day and cannot find out how to delete this in my trash bin tired in safe mode but not in trash there.

All, I have no idea how they got there, but if worst comes to worse after trashing them, you.d just need ro reinstall the OS.
Start up holding cmd+r keys, look for utilities food at top of screen open Terminal, disable SIP…

Then hopefully restarting will allow you to empty the trash.
I don’t know why they’re in the trash, they’re from a read only partition on your drive…
You can only get I’d of them by booting in recovery mode and then using the terminal to delete thm.
So, it’s something running when not in Safe Mode, seems some pref it has has been corrupted to operate caches from the trash bin.
Can you open that folder & do a right click on it & see if it says Open with & what at that is?
