"This Apple Account cannot be used to unlock this iPhone" error on an iPhone Locked to Owner

incorrect e-mail address or phone number This iPhone cannot be unlocked using an apple account

I reset the password because I forgot it, entered it and it showed me this (pls help me and I'm writing from a translator, so there may be translation mistakes)

That screen usually gives you a partial email address to confirm you are using the correct Apple Account to unlock. If you do not recognize that partial address, then it was locked by someone else and will remain that way without the credentials unless you have the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller.

yes, it was bought from another person, but it was absolutely clean, they just introduced this icloud for authorization, after a long time I wanted to reset it to factory settings and sell it, as a result it turned out. I forgot the password and restored it, entered it, but it showed what's in the photo that I attached in the post. I can log in to iCloud with this account in the browser, I deleted the device from the locator, but it's still like this
