xcode 16.4 fails to download on Mac OS 15.5
I have tried several times over the last few days. About halfway through the download it says "Xcode 16.4 download failed—try again later"

If so, and you are signed into the discussions community, try this direct download link:
https://developer.apple.com/download/all/
This will allow you to download Xcode 16.4.xip to your Downloads folder, where when you double-click, it will uncompress in place and you then drag and drop Xcode.app into your /Applications folder. Run Xcode to finish its installation.
If you are not doing any GUI development that requires Xcode, you may get by with just the 3 GB CommandLine Tools for Xcode 16.4.
