How do I properly reboot an iPhone 11?

could someone post instructions on how to reboot an iPhone 11?

I can’t seem to get the Apple instructions to work

For force a reboot, press and release the volume up button, then press and release volume down, then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo. This can take up to 20 seconds or more.

Press and hold the Power button and Volume down at the same time, then simply slide to power off (top of the screen).
