I'm seeing "Soundintents differs from previously opened versions. Are you sure you want to open it?" message on Sequoia 15.5 several times as I work on my MacBook Air. How can I stop this?

From the Finder>Go>Go To Folder:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Sound-Settings.SoundIntents
I see your "SoundIntents"— I have not ever seen/ nor heard this issue arise before...
You do not say what it is you are doing exactly when the dialog gets triggered, and impossible to speculate here.
you can try —A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support to sort anomalies
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
