It is simply not happening. Maybe you are referring to having your Apple Account compromised where another person can make changes to data stored in iCloud that will be synced back to your device. In that case, you simply need to change the password to prevent it from happening. There is no log activity available on iCloud to determine if it has been accessed by another device, although you can look on your device at Settings > [name on top] and scroll to the bottom to see the devices that are currently signed into your account. Removing them is as easy as tapping on the device, and you would want to follow up by changing your Password.

No matter how many times I change passwords, codes or anything they use my iPhone as their own and I’m limited on my own phone.

Limits on your phone are possible when using Screen Time. Go to Settings Screen Time, and scroll down Turn Off Screen Time.

In history i saw where someone pd 50$ for a device that lets them by pass locked screens by pass every security that I’ve tried.

Post that screenshot. You would be famous and the top story on every news site if that was possible by buying a $50 device. There will be many people who would sell something that would make that claim, but that would just be one of the many internet scams. Those are identified daily, but people still fall for them.

I’m even restricted from logging out.

That would be due to a Screen Time restrictions, disabled, or managed account, none of which is likely to let you change the Password. When you attempt to Factory Reset, you should then see the exact reason to eliminate those as a possibility.

On my phone it even has an area that says that if I use another phone I can use it to control whatever phone I use with my email.

Screenshot? We can't see what you are seeing.

You could go through the steps of using Safety Check:

Safety Check for an iPhone with iOS 16 or later - Apple Support, but in your case I would recommend:

  • Create a brand new email account.
  • Factory reset your phone and use that email as your new Apple Account.
  • You will want to back up any data you want saved as you will not be able to restore from a backup.
  • Don't use any current Social Media account and create new ones.

That may seem heavy handed, but an easy decision for those who have tried everything.

The problem you have is not technical. The problem you have is... sorry, but I have to be blunt, rampant paranoia.

Is there a tool that can 'crack' an iPhone? Yes... The cost is upwards of 7 figures, not $50.

You're simply not worth it.

I'm not trying to be cruel, or mean. I'm simply saying what needs to be said.

The longer you pursue the 'someone is hacking me' track, the less likely it is you'r going to be able to solve the actual problem.

Please step back and take a breath. I have no doubt you have a problem, but that problem is most definitely NOT that your phone has been hacked.

Your account can with simply the password, but your device is NOT being remotely controlled or accessed. Account Passwords are commonly handed over to scammers through phishing message. If you want any help, your will need to provide much more detail and even screenshots of what you are observing that concerns you.

I wish you are right for second hand iPhones but for some reason, I have to be on the alert of what is happening before I press anything. I hope I am just out of my mind but I found bank app paying another payee and sometimes I cannot press on same WhatsApp button that used to work. Is this a way to encourage upgrading my iPhone? Apple has been recently been accused of battery manipulation lawsuit.

Issues are reported daily with WhatsApp that can only be resolved by Meta. That explains why there are 12 updates for WhatsApp is just the last month. Clearly there is very little in-house testing of these updates due to the frequency that they are released.

With a second hand phone, you don't know the history of the device or if it had been previously jailbroken to eliminate the security. Did you Factory Reset the device to wipe it clean? Just by removing the account on the phone and signing in with yours will not do that.

For your banking issue, you should definitely contact your bank to make sure you did not have an account that has been compromised. This is an independent issue from your iPhone and the activity seen on the phone is just what is reported by your bank.

Exactly what configurations would you be referring to? I assume you are not referring to high level Government officials or those susceptible to state sponsored attacks, as we usually don't get those users here and they have much more to be concerned about that will not be resolved by a post on a Support Site.

Apple has been recently been accused of battery manipulation lawsuit.

That happened five years ago in 2020, hardly recently.

And as far as what Apple actually did, they did it with the best of intentions to help the phone last longer by throttling back the power consumption on older phones. So your paranoid concept of Apple forcing you to buy a new phone is completely off base.
