How can I increase the brightness of the Touch Bar on MacBook Pro?

The touch bar brightness is very low, although I tried changing keyboard brightness, still doesn't work. I have turned off the ambient keyboard brigntness option off, still it doesnt increase the brightness of the touchbar

you do not have a user preferences for the backlight of the touchbar / controlstrip like the keyboard settings...

On an Intel Mac —

reset the System Management Controller Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

reset NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

then compare your results.
