Why can’t I sign in to the Qardio app?

I have had the qardio blood pressure monitor for many years. Today I was doing some work on the app and signed out. When I went to sign in I was unable to do so because there was no server on the other end. Does anyone know how I can still use my blood pressure cuff/device?
