Can I use my Apple Account balance with Apple Pay at restaurants or bars?
My Apple account has money on it and the card is in my wallet my question is can I use it as Apple Pay at a restaurant or a bar?

An Apple Account balance may only be “redeemed” for Apple goods and services.
It’s effectively already “pre-paid” to Apple.
