Receiving notifications sounds on dead battery on my iPhone 13 running iOS 18.4.1

I experienced a weird issue. My battery was pretty low, and I got a text message and the sound played as normal. About 5 minutes later, my battery died as expected and the phone shut off, but as it was shutting off a notification sound played, but I didn't see any notification as it was turning off or when I turned it back on. Anyone else experience this glitch?
