How to quickly open Notes app and scan text on my iPhone through shortcuts?

hi ,i use the camera on the phone to scan URLs and email addresses. is it possible to create a shortcut that will open "NOTES" and than go to scan text so i can scan the text and share it to other apps or just craete a note for it. if not is there a simpler way to do what i need? thank you.
