Why does my new Apple Watch Series 8 won't turn on or charge?

Yes from apple service centre they told me to go there and they will give a report and will replace the watch they said

What if I could get battery replacement at apple service centre. It is possible right. But the person who is in charge at the service centre is very rude and he said he won’t give a new one. I brought this watch yesterday and it was my dream to buy a apple watch

I brought from oman , it is unboxed for almost 3 years. It is manufactured in 10/2022. I got it in pretty good price. But I contacted apple they said it will cover on warranty, but apple store in oman doesn’t doing a check on my device. Staffs are very rude

Yes, i charged it for almost 3 hours and doesn’t turn on . It showing the apple logo and then it will fade away. Yes I purchased through a Apple authorised seller.

i used the original apple 20W adapter and usb c cable for this watch. I don’t know what to do with this watch now
