How do I identify and stop recurring €8.99 charges from iTunes on my iPhone?

several times a month they deduct €8.99 from my card, and I don't know exactly what for, it says it is iTunes, but I uninstalled itunes as soon as I bought the phone, there is not a single amount of €8.99 in my subscription.
