How do I fix random reboots on iPad Air 4th generation model?

I’m having issues with random rebooting on my iPad Air 4th generation model MYFQ2LL/A, 18.5 software. This has been happening for over a month intermittently, not continually. Some days only once, others multiple random times. I’ve tried the restarting advice and charging it with no luck.

To rule out a software issue, set it back to factory settings on our computer and don't use the recent backup afterwards. Then test it.
