How do I restore disappeared hidden album on iPhone?

If you are referring to the Hidden feature in Photos, it is located in the Utilities section in Photos above Recently Deleted.

In iOS 18, it is possible to remove the Utilities section in Photos. If you cannot find the Utilities section in your Photos app after scrolling down, it may be hidden. Tap Customize & Reorder at the bottom of Photos and ensure Utilities has a check next to it. Tap the X at the top right to exit this interface. It should appear with the Hidden photos album.

If it doesn’t m I suggest force closing photos and reopening it to restart the app. If this doesn’t work, I suggest restarting your phone, but if this too does not resolve your issue, Apple Support should be contacted for further assistance.

If you do not see the Hidden album in Utilities tap the ">" Button to the right of the "Utilities" to reveal the other items there. By default, only the first four items will be shown. My screenshot is in German, as I cannot change the system language on my iPhone right now, but the arrow is marking the spot where to click

Look for an item in the list with a crossed out eye as a badge.

As léonie says, the Hidden selection may not be among the first 4 choices, so you may have to open Utilities to see the whole list.

Two other things: If you use the Hidden album a lot, then, after opening the Utilities section as léonie said, you can hit the Edit button on the upper right, and move Hidden to the top.

Also: In Settings>Apps>Photos, you can hide the Hidden Album so that it doesn't show up at all. If that's what's gong on, you can go to the Settings and change it to Show Hidden Album.
