How to cancel Apple apps subscription after free trial?

I'm hesitant to accept this free offer as there is no information on how to cancel if I don't want to continue. It auto-bills after 3 months. Also, I received this offer on my iPhone but I don't like to watch shows or read on the iPhone. Can I transfer it to my Mac?
