How can I use both bluetooth earbuds with my iPhone?

I would like to use the left and right Bluetooth earbuds I have at the same time. On my Bluetooth page, they need to connect as two separate devices. When I play music, only the earbud that connected first will play music. How can I use both earbuds at the same time? I have an iPhone 13, iOS 16.6.1

Hello!

With the JLab brand earbuds (if not with all earbuds) there’s a way of re-syncing the earbuds with specific tap sequences. So check out your user manual or find one online, for how to do this.

If the issue persists, you’ll want to reach out to JLab support. They have excellent support so you’ll be in good hands.

Also, you may want to consider updating to iOS 18.5, as this may also be a bug that was fixed in a later update.

Good luck!

Thank you for the screenshot.

Re-Pair Both Devices:

Seems to be a bug. You cannot use two Bluetooth Earphones simultaneously. So, while in Settings, tap the blue-colored encircled i, and then select "Forget". Next, pair these once more.
