How do I send HTML emails using iCloud Mail?

Is there any work around that I can use to allow me to send html code in an email so that it displays? Like a group marketing letter?

I understand, however, that doesn't answer my question. I was wanting to know if anyone knows how to include html code in an outgoing email, directly in the body of the letter, without it being an attachment.

An email client is not a web browser. HTML code is interpreted by a browser for display. You could include a link to a web page in your email that when clicked on, if the recipient has not disabled links in their received emails, will display the HTML page.

How an email is displayed is under the control of the recipient of the email. If the recipient has disabled display of html in emails then your html email will not display as you intended. If you want your "marketing letter" to display in a specific format, attach it to your email in a format such as PDF.
