How can I identify the device and location of purchases made with my payment card but not my Apple ID?

Purchases were made using my payment card, but not with my Apple ID. I cannot find out who made them. I can provide the transaction ID or any other necessary information. Could you please tell me from which device and location the purchases were made?

We cannot know. We are not Apple but rather your fellow end users. We have no more access to Apple databases than you. There is a way you can check it yourself. Start here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history.†" If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, Apple will have no record of what criminals do, and only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.

† — ⚠️ Important note for reviewing your Apple purchase history: If you are using Family Sharing, make sure you set the "Apple ID" box to the "All" option to get a complete history of purchases Apple shows as made from your account:

Here are some financial news sites reporting on that scam:

This is definitely a matter for the card issuer – and if you suspect fraud, you should contact them right away.

If you are in the U.S., this Federal Government article outlines some additional steps you can take, like placing a fraud alert on your credit reports by contacting one of the three major credit reporting agencies.
