Hi, I didn't receive the Apple Trade In package and sticker when I got my new Iphone 16.
I would like to know if it's possible to send it to me.

We are all Apple users, like yourself in this Apple (user-to-user) Community. Apple is unikely to see your request.
If you still need help with the packaging: Try Shopping Help: You can also view your order and details there.
Else: If in US: You coud try speaking with an Apple Specialist at 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE.
NB: Seems there is a time-limit for sending in the trade-in, (or taking it to a store ?) after a purchase.
