Test Flight codes are provided to beta testers by developers. If you are not already a beta tester, you do not get a Test Flight code unless a developer sends you an invitation or makes an open invitation to the general public.
Those codes are not something that you can demand in this user-to-user forum, and we couldn't give those codes to you even if we wanted to do so.
