How do I request refund for unauthorised deduction from Apple?

I had a transaction on May 20, 2025, but my phone was lost that day. And the Smallpdf app I also canceled the extension before but still deducted money! I asked for a refund twice but it was rejected! I ask for a review and a refund for me!
