How to block a no caller ID (hidden number) on iOS 18 (iPhone 15 Pro)?

I need to block all callers with hidden (withheld) numbers.

Please do not suggest the completely useless "Silence Unknown Callers" feature — it's an absurd (read: stupid) solution that blocks unknown numbers, not hidden ones. That means I’d end up missing important calls from couriers (DPD, DHL Express), delivery drivers, or service personnel — whose numbers, of course, are unknown to me beforehand (Is that really so hard to understand??).

What I want is simple: block only those calls where the number is deliberately withheld or hidden, not legitimate calls from unknown but visible numbers.

Or is Apple planning to finally implement this with the iPhone 199 Pro Max Ultra Mega Cosmo Earth model and the iOS Mega Super Extension Unbelievable Patch in 2099?
