My iPhone 12 Mini didn't have any problems after installing iOS 18.5. You should take in your phone to the Genius Bar.
My phone is standard factory settings. It isn’t jailbroken, I don’t run extensive apps, I don’t download unnecessary apps. There were no changes to my phone before vs after the latest update. I just wanted to ask others in the community if they experienced the same thing after the 18.5 update. It’s possible the heating issue is causing touchscreen not to work as well. Maybe one is causing the other. All I know is it just started happening and I have owned this phone for quite some time without any problems.
