Apps disappeared and won’t update on my iPhone 16 Pro

Have 16 pro with ios 18.5. Several apps including news & shopping that I use often disappeared from phone. They're showing in app store as needing updates but won't let me update or re-download. Says restrictions in place. Haven't changed anything since last used them this week. Can't find any restrictions on in settings. Tried force reset. No help. Now what?

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > App Store, Media, Web, and Games > See what age limit your Apps are set to and make sure it is appropriate and if needed change it. If it changes and certain apps do not meet that age limit, they will disappear from your Home Screen and prevent any actions.
