iPhone 15 pro max slow after iOS 18.5

My wife and I have been experiencing slow network issues with our two iPhone 15 pro max since the iOS 18.5 update. WiFi and 5G. What can we do ?

How do I fix frequent network drops and slow data speed on iPhone 15 Pro? I have 15 pro and from yesterday my phone network bar is goes all down and come back again in few seconds. Also Data speed is running slow as well. I also did network reset from setting. But it’s still same problem. Can you give any solution. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.
