Why can I not write a review in App Store on an app that I have and use?
I can give stars, but no keypad appears. Lates update of OS18 on my iPhone.

Seems we need to be signed in to the App Store to contribute reviews on purchased apps.
On the app's "description page" (where we can tap to rate how many stars).
You may need to tap on "Write a Review" before you can see the keypad.
If you still need help: Try restarting your iPhone (ie: deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update recent changes you have made, and often restores order if needed.
