Unable to change payment method in Apple Account

I have a Uk account with a number of App and Service subscriptions including AppleOne on which I depend. I have moved from the UK to Spain and can no longer have a UK bank account without a UK address. All I want to do is to change my payment method. Cannot enter the new card details as the address format is UK, cannot change the region because the services and apps that I and my UK family depend upon, and have for years are “in use”. Cannot legally have a Uk bank account as I do not have a Uk address. Dilemma do I drop essential services or break the law. Just spent time with support going around and and around. Has anyone successfully moved ?
