Control Center won’t appear on my iPhone 12 Pro Max Home Screen

good day iPhone users . My control centre has disappeared from my Home Screen it doesn’t appear at all. I tried rebooting the phone still it does not work . How do I retrieve it again to be back on the screen . Please help
