How to fix touch sensitivity issue on my iPhone 16 Pro Max screen?

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and my wife has an iPhone 16. Neither of us have experienced any touch screen issues. Neither of us have screen protectors on our devices though. Have you tried removing the screen protector and checking to see if the touch screen is working? While it would be unusual for a newer phone like that experience touch screen issues, you are under warranty and can contact Apple Support to have them check your device for any problems.
