Hello,

Hmm, what exactly are you trying to do?

Anyway, try this:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (could be as long as 30 seconds) 

The timing is a little critical, you may have to try it several times.

when I start the claim after 1 day I find my IPhone and am not approve to ship the replacement and am cancel the claim and it’s like 1 week my phone activate is lock and I contact with support the say we can’t fix this problem and the tell me you need to talk with AIG company the working with Apple care am contact with that and they send me back to Apple support and Apple support send ma aging on AIG and I don’t which wan can remove Activation on my device .
