iPhone 13 touchscreen not responding

The touchscreen on my iphone 13 is not responding at all. I cannot get my phone to unlock to get in to settings. I tried to restart it, but when the slider to power the phone off appears, I can't slide it because the touchscreen won't do anything. My lock screen widgets are functioning but not responding. Clicking on notifications doesn't do anything. I tried to get Siri to open an app but the phone needed unlocked and it wouldn't do Face ID, it needed my code, which I can't enter because of the touchscreen. I removed the screen protector and case but nothing is working. Anyone have any ideas? I don't want to have to wipe my phone since I have a lot of un backed up photos.

If the Forced Restart provided by razmee209 does not solve the issue, you likely have a hardware issue with your iPhone. In that case, you'd need to take it to your nearest Apple Store's Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider. In most cases it is an issue with the screen digitizer, which can occur from drops, pressure, or cracks in the screen. Or sometimes a failing battery can cause this too. The Geniuses will evaluate and let you know your service options.

By the way, when you have your iPhone serviced they usually wipe it as a common procedure, so hopefully you have a backup.
