How can I turn off potential spam on my iPhone?
I would like for the spam to be taken off for I have important calls that are being sent there

If you're referring to the caller ID labels, that comes from your cellular carrier. You will see that either because the calling number has been reported repeatedly as an illegal spam caller, or because the number can not be verified as legitimate or the call is originating from a number other than the one it is displaying in caller ID.
Contact your cellular carrier and ask them if that's an option.
