How can I uninstall iOS 26 without using PC?

Well, you're going to need a computer, so borrow one or visit an Apple Store. Why did you install Beta Software, which is pre-release and not even open to public testing yet? It's for developers ONLY.

Did you make an archive on a computer before you installed iOS 26? If you didn't, you're going to lose all your data, so this was not a smart decision.

For your own protection, be more skeptical of things you see on places like TikTok in the future. People can post just about anything on such forums, including encouragement to engage in the sort of activities that imight earn you a Darwin Award.

Well, that's unfortunate. But we can't help you other than to provide the link I provided. You can't ask about Beta Software here. And if you don't have a computer, you can't uninstall iOS 26. I'm also going to guess since you don't have a computer, you didn't make a backup on a computer, so when you do find one to use, your data will be gone on your phone.
