I'm not getting notifications for some apps on my iPhone 13 Pro

All of a sudden, after this last update, I am not getting push notifications from some apps.

For example, one app should send a push approval notification when prompted by my computer but I’m not getting it.

Another example is my Outlook mail is not sending notification when an email is received.

Ive checked and made sure app notifications are on. I’ve made sure the notification schedule is off.

How do I fix this?
